  20. I have the same problem. I've hacked the overscan.prefs file over and 
  21. over and can never get it to adjust the screen out. I've cross checked in 
  22. the include files and I'm changing the right bytes. The overscan hack 
  23. program on the AmiNet doesn't work on my system either. I think that 3.1 
  24. is the problem.
